What You'll Do

• Source qualified candidates for various healthcare roles including RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.
• Conduct phone screens and manage interviews using tools like HelloHire.
• Utilize platforms such as CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
• Track recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire.
• Recommend improvements for hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency.

Requirements

• 1+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles.
• Proficient in phone communication, follow-ups, and candidate closing.
• Proactive and self-managed, capable of juggling multiple roles.
• Experience with sourcing creatively using social media and job boards.
• Familiarity with tools like CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Understanding of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience in administrative role recruitment.
• Knowledge of compliance tasks in healthcare recruitment.
