About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Quality Analyst II to join our dynamic team at Pathward, a company dedicated to financial empowerment. As a Remote Quality Analyst II, you will play a crucial role in evaluating credit quality data and performing quality assurance (QA) reviews. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States while contributing to our mission of creating financial inclusion for all™.

What You'll Do

• Review commercial finance processes, procedures, and transactions to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Perform quality assurance tests and reviews of credit risk and performance data, documentation, and reporting to identify discrepancies and inefficiencies.
• Analyze data and generate detailed reports that highlight trends, findings, and recommendations for process enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues, recommend solutions, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Help maintain established standards of accuracy and efficiency involving commercial finance processes, transactions, and reports.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance or data analysis, preferably in the financial sector.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Experience with quality assurance methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have

• Experience in commercial finance or credit risk analysis.
