About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Theiagen Genomics. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high standards of communication and organization. What You'll Do

  • Conduct regular project status meetings to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a remote setting.
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft 365 and Salesforce.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the genomics or biotech industry.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar platforms.
