Remote Program Manager - Agile & AI Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Program Manager to join our dynamic team at Sparksoft Corporation. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams and drive the successful execution of projects while leveraging Agile methodologies and AI technologies. As a Remote Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects align with business objectives and deliver value to our stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to facilitate project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on progress and challenges.
• Implement best practices in project management and continuously seek opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Remote Program Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar project management software.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI technologies and their application in project management.
• Familiarity with software development processes, particularly in Java and Python.
• Background in business development or capture management.
