• Lead and motivate a team of Fragrance Consultants to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service.
• Analyze sales reports and data to identify business needs and develop effective strategies.
• Ensure that the store is well-staffed and that all team members are trained in product knowledge.
• Implement cash control procedures and manage financial transactions effectively.
• Collaborate with logistics and product teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and visual merchandising standards.
