Remote Product Manager - Financial Services Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Product Manager to join our innovative team at Kunai. As a Remote Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the financial services landscape. This position offers the unique opportunity to work closely with a leading financial services client, focusing on building a customer marketing and segmentation platform. You'll gain hands-on experience across various industries and product environments, partnering with engineering and business teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.

What You'll Do

• Act as the Product Manager for a client-facing customer marketing segmentation product, owning the product backlog and ensuring visibility into current and upcoming epics.
• Proactively manage backlog scope, identifying future work and translating evolving business needs into prioritized requirements.
• Collaborate with client and internal engineering teams to break down epics into detailed PRDs and user stories.
• Lead and participate in agile ceremonies, track delivery through Jira, and provide hands-on support for execution and production issues.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and strategy, facilitating discussions to drive product success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the financial services or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with tools like Jira.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer marketing and segmentation platforms is a plus.
