What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and evolution of the end-to-end user experience for the Halcyon platform, focusing on core console workflows, policy management, alert triage, and data visualization.
  • Set the UX direction and advance design standards across the organization, ensuring high usability and quality for our enterprise-grade platform.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Threat Response, Quant, and Customer Success teams to translate complex security data into intuitive and visually compelling user experiences.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
  • Mentor and guide junior UX designers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably in the cybersecurity or tech industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on product design and user experience.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
