Remote Personal Executive Virtual Assistant - Music Industry Support
About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Personal Executive Virtual Assistant to provide dedicated administrative and operational support for an individual in the music and creative industry. This role focuses on personal support, helping streamline admin tasks, manage outreach, and coordinate communications. As a Remote Personal Executive Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in reducing the day-to-day workload for the founder.
What You'll Do
- Manage inboxes and written communications on behalf of the client.
- Draft and edit emails, messages, and short-form written content.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and task follow-ups.
- Conduct cold outreach via email, DM, or online platforms (no cold calling).
- Research and identify relevant venues, promoters, industry contacts, and potential collaborators.
- Initiate outreach using the client's name and accounts, tracking outreach activity and responses.
- Compile research findings into clear, actionable summaries.
- Assist with basic invoicing and financial admin, navigating spreadsheets confidently.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Admin VA.
- Strong written communication and copy skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Trustworthy with access to accounts, passwords, and sensitive information.
- Able to work independently and integrate deeply into the client's workflow.

- Experience with Xero, Slack, and Asana.

Highly self-motivated and organized with experience in remote work environments, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining clear and proactive communication through Slack and Asana.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support roles, with a strong emphasis on written communication skills to draft professional emails and outreach messages tailored to the music industry.
