Remote Performance Marketing Manager - B2B SaaS Focus
About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Performance Marketing Manager to join our innovative team at LiveFlow. In this role, you will lead our multi-channel performance marketing strategy, focusing on driving qualified signups and demo requests while enhancing brand awareness among finance leaders. As our first dedicated performance marketing hire, you will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing efforts and directly report to the founding team.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage multi-channel performance marketing initiatives, including paid search, paid social, and direct mail.
- Build and scale brand awareness campaigns specifically targeting finance and accounting teams.
- Identify and test new marketing channels, always seeking scalable growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the design team to brief, test, and iterate on ad creative and landing pages.
- Manage budgets effectively against Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) targets, scaling successful strategies and cutting ineffective ones.
- Set up tracking, attribution, and reporting across all marketing channels.
- Run structured experiments on copy, creative, audiences, and bidding strategies to optimize performance.
- Monitor competitive activity and identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience managing multi-channel performance marketing for a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline results, beyond just clicks and impressions.
- Deep proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and ideally LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Highly analytical and creative, with the ability to write or brief compelling copy tailored to a finance audience.
- Experience with or curiosity about non-digital channels like direct mail and affiliate marketing.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, UTM structures, and multi-touch attribution.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment where you will build processes from scratch.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to finance teams, CFOs, or accounting professionals.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, or similar platforms.
- Experience with landing page optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Previous experience as an early marketing hire at a startup.
