What You'll Do

• Monitor and maintain production lines to ensure optimal performance.
• Detect and resolve anomalies or breakdowns in equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance during production line downtimes.
• Suggest and participate in process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Industrial Maintenance (Bac Pro) or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Basic knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, and electricity.
• Understanding of production line processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a food production environment.
• Certifications in maintenance or related fields.
• Knowledge of B Corp principles.
