About the Role
Join our team as an Assistant Nursery Manager at Busy Bees, a leading nursery group in the UK. This Assistant Nursery Manager remote position offers a fantastic opportunity for passionate leaders in early childhood education to make a difference in children's lives while supporting the Centre Director in daily operations.
What You'll Do
- Support the Centre Director in overseeing daily operations and maintaining educational standards.
- Assist in developing and delivering an engaging, high-quality curriculum tailored to children's needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and maintain high safety and health standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering a cohesive and motivated team.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and promoting a positive centre experience for families.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and recruitment.
- Manage operational records and support financial planning to ensure sustainability.
Requirements
- Approved Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
- Experience in an early years setting, with leadership or supervisory experience, ideally as an Assistant Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager.
- Proven track record of ensuring educational excellence and curriculum development.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on teamwork.
- Experience in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and health and safety protocols.
- Passionate about creating a nurturing learning environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with community involvement and fundraising initiatives.
- Knowledge of the Bee Curious curriculum.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced nursery environment.
