Senior Fund Corporate Oversight Officer - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Fund Corporate Oversight Officer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will oversee a varied and complex portfolio of clients investing in Real Estate & Private Equity, Debt, and Fund of Funds products. You will act as an escalation point, ensuring effective oversight and governance while coordinating corporate secretarial roles performed by GCD India. This position is crucial for maintaining operational excellence and compliance.

What You'll Do

• Exercise strong oversight and quality control over all deliverables, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution.
• Manage internal stakeholders by monitoring information flows, facilitating effective communication, and resolving issues promptly.
• Serve as an escalation point for operational matters, providing expert technical guidance to internal teams and clients.
• Monitor and ensure timely completion of all compliance-related obligations.
• Track and oversee fulfillment of contractual and regulatory requirements across client portfolios.
• Record, track, and report operational errors—both quantitative and qualitative—and identify emerging risks or process weaknesses.
• Coordinate client complaints and escalations, overseeing the full resolution process, including root-cause analysis and remediation plans.
• Initiate and oversee board meetings and participate in client calls.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4–7 years of experience in Corporate, Company, or Fiscal law.
• Experience as a Corporate Officer, with at least 1–2 years in a similar environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with specialized software such as SAP.
• Experienced in acquisitions of participations, board resolutions, company incorporation, and liquidation.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg company law (including SOPARFI, SICAR, SIF, RAIF).
• Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
