• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high standards of data integrity.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including payroll setup and documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and related matters.
• Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Stay updated on payroll regulations and best practices to improve processes continuously.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in payroll coordination or a related field.
• Proficient in payroll software, particularly ADP and Workday.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
