About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Oncology Customer Specialist to join our dynamic team at Merck. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to enhance patient care and support our mission of improving lives through innovative healthcare solutions. As a Remote Oncology Customer Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing regional plans to achieve sales goals and foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement challenging and feasible regional plans, ensuring successful execution.
  • Regularly review and adjust action plans to meet sales targets effectively.
  • Plan and execute daily visit activities, ensuring compliance with company requirements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clinical doctors and key opinion leaders.
  • Conduct regular visits to pharmacies to ensure a steady supply of products.
  • Organize and participate in sales and marketing activities, including GSA events.
  • Assist sales managers with distributor supply and medical insurance directory submissions as needed.
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies while providing feedback on their effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmaceuticals or a related field.
  • Proficient knowledge of product and relevant medical information.
  • Strong market analysis and business planning abilities.
  • Experience in the relevant field is preferred.
  • RDPAC certification is a plus.
