Remote Onboarding Specialist - Equity Management
About the Role
We're hiring a Remote Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team at Pulley. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in helping startups manage their equity effectively. As a Remote Onboarding Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for new customers, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they have a seamless experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead and execute technical client implementations, serving as the main contact for onboarding new customers and managing complex cap table migrations.
- Work closely with clients to understand their cap table structure, equity awards, and shareholder information to ensure accurate configuration on our platform.
- Support clients in implementing and administering equity plans, including option pools, RSUs, and ESPPs.
- Provide guidance on data integrity, vesting schedules, and compliance to ensure clients are well-informed.
- Investigate complex issues related to data integrity, platform functionality, and integrations, identifying and resolving technical challenges in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, or a related field, preferably in a tech or finance environment.
- Strong understanding of equity management, cap tables, and financial workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
- Experience with data management and technical implementations.
Nice to Have
- Experience with 409A valuations and equity administration.
- Familiarity with financial software or platforms.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations related to equity management.
