Remote Mental Health Therapist - Teletherapy Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Mental Health Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide teletherapy services to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. What You'll Do

• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current clinical license (LPC, LCSW, or equivalent) to practice in your state.
• 2+ years of experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a teletherapy setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health record systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with child and youth services.
• Familiarity with Motivational Interviewing techniques.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities.
