Account Manager - Remote Position at SIX Group

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at SIX Group. This Account Manager remote position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while managing key client relationships in the financial sector. With the flexibility of up to 40% remote work, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of finance.

What You'll Do

• Act as the first-level contact for a wide range of customer inquiries from SIX Clearing & Custody Post-Trading clients.
• Handle, coordinate, and resolve customer requests efficiently.
• Provide dedicated support and servicing for smaller clients or client groups.
• Take responsibility for and independently execute specific tasks affecting an entire client group.
• Support Relationship Managers in a partial deputy role.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the Post-Trading business (Clearing, Custody, and Securities Finance).
• Strong ability to engage in direct client contact.
• Independent, efficient, and well-structured working style.
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience in relationship management within financial services.
• Familiarity with post-trade services and solutions.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations in the financial sector.
