Principal Consultant - AI Infrastructure Services (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Principal Consultant - AI Infrastructure Services to join our dynamic team at Dell Technologies. This remote Principal Consultant role offers the opportunity to lead AI transformation initiatives for our clients, ensuring they are equipped to thrive in a multi-cloud environment. You will be instrumental in helping organizations optimize their data center designs and accelerate their time-to-value in AI deployments.

What You'll Do

• Lead the establishment of program governance and ensure quality assurance across all deliverables.
• Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget while meeting customer satisfaction.
• Act as the single point of contact for executive communications, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to communicate effectively with C-Suite executives.
• Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and change control processes.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Implement and consult on strategic AI business initiatives globally, ensuring seamless integration and ROI-driven deployments.
• Drive program leadership while adhering to our delivery methodology, creating program charters and work breakdown structures.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in program management and IT services delivery.
• Proven track record in managing complex, multi-project environments.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly with senior management and external stakeholders.
