About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Manager of Paid Social and Digital Acquisition to join our innovative team at Cogent Security. As a key player in our marketing department, you will have a significant impact on our growth strategy. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about building effective paid social and digital demand generation strategies from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Launch and scale paid programs across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Reddit.
  • Develop a comprehensive experimentation roadmap that includes audiences, offers, landing pages, creative formats, and funnel stages.
  • Design full-funnel programs that enhance target account awareness and improve engagement through retargeting and meeting conversion strategies.
  • Create or oversee the production of high-quality creative content, including static images, carousels, and short-form videos.
  • Utilize AI-native workflows to generate creative variants while ensuring brand consistency and security credibility.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to ensure messaging is consistent and claims are defensible.
  • Define success metrics beyond just leads, focusing on engaged target accounts, meeting rates, and pipeline generation per dollar spent.
  • Build a measurement framework that integrates with CRM systems for effective attribution and reporting.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of experience in running paid social and performance marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS context.
  • Proven ability to build marketing strategies and campaigns from scratch.
  • Strong creative instincts with experience in managing creative production.
  • High analytical rigor, with the ability to discern meaningful metrics and report effectively to executives.
  • Comfortable collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing Managers, and Revenue Operations teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the cybersecurity sector or a strong ability to learn quickly about security buyers.
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing tools such as Demandbase or 6sense.
  • Experience managing agencies or freelancers and building a creative team.
