About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert legal advice and support across various legal areas, including commercial law, labor law, and contract negotiation. As a Remote Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and protecting consumer rights while working in a flexible remote environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide legal advice on commercial contracts and agreements.

• Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 2-5 years of experience as a legal counsel or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial law, labor law, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
