What You'll Do

• Lead the development of innovative .NET solutions that drive business success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Implement best practices in software development and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the technical direction of projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in .NET development, with a strong focus on C# and ASP.NET.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, guiding teams through complex projects.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle).
