About the Role

We are seeking a talented Remote Instructional Designer / Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in instructional design to create engaging and effective learning experiences. As a Remote Instructional Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality eLearning content that meets the needs of diverse learners.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop instructional materials using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
  • Create engaging eLearning modules that incorporate adult learning principles and performance-based learning strategies.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver and track training programs.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer or Learning Experience Designer.
  • Proficiency in eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-enabled tools for learning design.
