We are seeking a Remote Growth Marketing Lead to join Gaia Family Inc, a pioneering company in family-building solutions. As a Remote Growth Marketing Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategies and driving growth across diverse channels. What You'll Do

  • Own and scale our paid marketing ecosystem, focusing on both D2C and B2B audiences.
  • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid channels to enhance brand awareness and member acquisition.
  • Design and execute testing roadmaps, including ad creative, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, maintaining dashboards and producing actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
  • Identify partnership opportunities across all channels to enhance our outreach efforts.
  • Manage budgets and targets, providing company-wide visibility on attribution and unit economics.
  • Support content and referral tactics, nurturing a growth mindset across product and operations.
  • Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success in marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns at scale.
  • Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for performance across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Tableau/Looker, and other reporting tools.
  • Experience managing budgets and performance reporting across complex campaigns.
  • Familiarity with D2C and B2B funnels, with lead generation experience being a plus.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
