As an Account Director, you will engage directly with brands across our client portfolio, driving growth and delivering innovative strategies that lead to ongoing success.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of clients, building trust and encouraging growth.
• Engage heavily with client contacts, demonstrating curiosity about their businesses and fostering strong relationships with marketing leadership and C-Suite executives.
• Develop and implement forward-thinking strategies that exceed client expectations and drive engagement.
• Identify high-potential account opportunities and work with the account team to optimize strategies and tactics.
• Utilize data to make strategic decisions and communicate these effectively to clients.
• Stay informed about industry developments and leverage this knowledge to support clients effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management or affiliate marketing.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Strong strategic thinking and implementation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
