B2B Marketing Lead - Remote Opportunity at ElevenLabs
About the Role
We’re hiring a B2B Marketing Lead to join our innovative team at ElevenLabs. This remote role offers you the chance to shape our ElevenCreative B2B marketing strategy and build the go-to-market (GTM) motion from 0 to 1. As a B2B Marketing Lead, you will have a significant impact on our enterprise pipeline and revenue growth, working closely with creative and marketing leaders.
What You'll Do
- Own enterprise positioning and messaging for ElevenCreative, translating product capabilities into clear, compelling value for creative, brand, and marketing leaders.
- Drive enterprise demand generation through high-impact campaigns, including webinars, virtual and in-person events, thought leadership, and account-based initiatives.
- Partner with sales to create best-in-class enterprise collateral, pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and demos that support complex sales cycles.
- Lead enterprise events and sponsorships, from strategy through execution, including executive roundtables and industry conferences.
- Develop thought leadership content that positions ElevenLabs as a trusted partner for enterprise creative teams navigating AI and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing and RevOps on retargeting, nurture programs, and ABM strategies to move accounts through the funnel.
- Monitor and optimize performance, producing clear reporting on pipeline impact, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay informed on enterprise creative trends and buying behavior to inform strategy and messaging.
Requirements
- Experience in enterprise marketing, product marketing, or demand generation at a B2B technology company.
- Strong intuition for product and creative platforms, understanding how tools are evaluated and adopted in large organizations.
- Proven track record in planning and executing enterprise demand generation campaigns with measurable pipeline impact.
- Comfortable owning end-to-end enterprise events, from strategy to execution.
- Strong product marketing instincts, capable of crafting resonant positioning and messaging for multiple enterprise personas.
- Analytical and outcome-driven, with experience tracking performance and communicating results to senior stakeholders.
- High ownership and autonomy in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, balancing clarity, creativity, and credibility.
