What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with government officials and education stakeholders to advocate for mental health initiatives.
  • Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure earlier intervention and higher engagement in mental health care.
  • Coordinate efforts among trusted adults in a student’s life to improve health and educational outcomes.
  • Assist in the expansion of Cartwheel's services to hundreds more school districts in 2026.
  • Engage in strategic planning to enhance the effectiveness of mental health programs in schools.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in government relations or advocacy, preferably in the education or health sectors.
  • Strong understanding of mental health issues affecting students and families.
