Remote Director of Quality Performance - Community Health

About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Director of Quality Performance to join our team at Vanna Health. In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategy and execution of quality programs that enhance the care provided to individuals with serious mental illness. Your leadership will directly impact the community ecosystem, ensuring that our innovative payment models and technology foster collaboration among behavioral health providers, primary care, and community organizations.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement strategies for quality performance across all enterprise operations.
• Oversee end-to-end COC metrics related to coaching quality and contracting SLAs.
• Manage HEDIS operations and workforce performance metrics for nurses and peer coaches.
• Enhance enrollment and engagement metrics to improve overall community health outcomes.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure culturally competent care is delivered to all individuals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in quality performance management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Proven track record of leading quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HEDIS metrics and healthcare quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies for improvement.
