About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Director of Product Marketing to join Cogent Security, an innovative Applied AI Lab focused on cybersecurity. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape how we present our cutting-edge AI solutions to the market. As a founding member of our product marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in defining our messaging and positioning in a competitive landscape. What You'll Do

• Define and evolve Cogent's core narrative, focusing on category differentiation and compelling messaging.
• Create and maintain essential sales enablement materials, including sales decks and solution briefs, that improve conversion rates.
• Develop product launch strategies that ensure internal readiness and effective external storytelling.
• Transform customer outcomes into proof points through case studies and reference narratives.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation while maintaining high standards of clarity and accuracy.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, specifically in cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security buyers and their workflows.
• Proven track record of creating impactful positioning and sales enablement materials.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify complex security concepts.

Nice to Have

• Experience in vulnerability management and exposure management.
• Familiarity with channel partners and co-sell motions.
• Experience supporting technical evaluations and security review processes.
