Associate Product Manager - Remote

About the Role

InvestorFlow is seeking an Associate Product Manager - Remote to join our innovative team. As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our product team to deliver exceptional value to our customers. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world while contributing to our mission of enhancing productivity and transparency in the financial services sector.

What You'll Do

• Support market research efforts to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Assist in identifying Minimum-Viable Products (MVPs) that align with market demands.
• Gather and analyze customer surveys and product analytics to inform product decisions.
• Partner with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless user experience delivery.
• Document and evangelize product initiatives and features to stakeholders.
• Drive product planning and create product milestones for successful launches.
• Own the product backlog and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to facilitate product releases and monitor development progress.
• Remove roadblocks to ensure smooth product development and delivery.
• Contribute to cross-functional team efforts to achieve company objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of product management or related experience.
• Foundational customer research and market analysis skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across departments.
• Interest in product analytics and SaaS metrics.
• Strong communication skills for effective customer interactions.
• Interest in Financial Services and capital markets.
• Exposure to building products for multiple user personas.
• Curiosity about emerging FinTech technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of financial products and services.
