Part-time Project Manager - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Part-time Project Manager to join P1 Security, a leader in telecom security. This remote position allows you to work flexibly while contributing to our mission of safeguarding critical infrastructure. As a Part-time Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving day-to-day delivery excellence across client and internal initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects end to end, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
• Support growth initiatives in EMEA and Americas, with potential for transitioning to a full-time role.
• Work closely with consultants and client stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
• Contribute to PMO reporting and maintain accurate project data.
• Identify risks and contribute to mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Manage project calendars and support operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Demonstrate strong ownership and structured thinking in all project activities.
• Assist in the development of strategies for continuous improvement in project delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in delivery management, professional services, or project management.
• Experience in cybersecurity, telecommunications, or technology consulting is preferred.
• Proven track record in managing complex project-based service delivery.
• Proficiency with tools such as FURIOUS and Notion.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
• Structured thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in agile project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with telecom security practices.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
