About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Front, the leading AI-powered customer service platform. In this role, you will be the voice of Front, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing all types of inquiries. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely and engage with innovative companies worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure 100% success of all Front customers by providing timely and effective assistance.
  • Engage in the day-to-day grind of support queues, focusing on issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Become an expert on how Front works and its day-to-day usage.
  • Respond to customer support inquiries and monitor incoming conversations across all support channels (email, live chat).
  • Debug and test product features, reporting findings to product and engineering teams.
  • Identify common customer challenges and proactively find ways to improve our product and processes.

Requirements

  • A highly motivated self-starter with a minimum of 4 years of proven customer service experience, preferably in SaaS or tech startups.
  • Tech-savvy with a desire to improve technical skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
  • A humble and friendly demeanor, genuinely passionate about helping people and solving problems.
  • Fluency in English is required; experience using Front is a huge plus!

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a fast-paced customer support environment.
  • Knowledge of AI customer service tools.
