About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team at AcuityMD. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients' experience with our software and data platform that accelerates access to medical technologies. What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders at our strategic accounts, delivering insights that drive their business initiatives.
- Guide users through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to maximize their success with our platform.
- Develop deep and personal relationships with users to enhance retention and ensure verified business value.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Team to establish a repeatable go-to-market strategy that resonates with VPs and General Managers in the Medical Device Industry.
- Proactively engage with customers, investing in their success from Day one through a consultative approach.
- Monitor customer health metrics and drive initiatives to improve user adoption and satisfaction.
- Facilitate regular check-ins and feedback sessions to understand customer needs and address any concerns.
- Support the renewal process by demonstrating the value delivered to customers throughout their journey.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of the medical technology landscape and experience working with healthcare professionals is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive user adoption and retention through effective onboarding and training.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM tools and customer success platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while being a team player.
