About the Role

We are seeking a talented Fullstack Software Engineer to join our growing team at Alan. This Fullstack Software Engineer role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely while contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare experiences for our members. You will play a crucial role in building a global onboarding platform that serves over 1 million members across France, Belgium, and Spain.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain a global onboarding platform that simplifies the health insurance journey for our members.
• Implement smart automation solutions for significant life events, enhancing user experience and reducing friction.
• Create innovative self-service solutions that improve member satisfaction and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient systems and engineering practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the hiring process to build a strong engineering community.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer, with a strong focus on Python and JavaScript.
• Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming and web technologies.
• Experience with frameworks such as React and Flask.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building products that enhance user experiences.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
