About the Role

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer Strategist to join our innovative team at ElevenLabs. As a Forward Deployed Engineer Strategist remote position, you will play a crucial role in deploying our cutting-edge voice AI technology to solve complex challenges faced by our clients. Your work will directly impact how businesses utilize AI to enhance customer experiences and streamline operations.

What You'll Do

• Engage with strategic customers to identify their critical audio and voice AI needs, pinpointing their biggest pain points.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement our voice and audio AI technology into innovative solutions tailored to customer workflows.
• Design and architect bespoke integrations that ensure seamless technology adoption within customer products.
• Guide customers on best practices for maximizing the effectiveness of our AI models.
• Present findings and proposals to diverse audiences, including technical teams and C-suite executives.
• Work closely with our Research and Product teams to integrate field insights into ElevenLabs’ software products.
• Build and deliver compelling demonstrations of our voice and audio AI technology to both new and existing customers.
• Identify potential applications in new industries and expand our AI solutions globally.
• Take ownership of major projects for strategic partners, ensuring high-impact solutions are delivered effectively.
• Collaborate daily with customer engineering and executive teams to optimize the implementation of ElevenLabs’ technologies.

Requirements

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity, even if through student clubs or side projects.
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration for prototyping and demo building.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to summarize complex concepts logically.
• A proven track record of owning complex projects and delivering results.
• Adaptability to work across various customer environments and technical use cases.
• Technical aptitude to quickly grasp our voice and audio AI models and their applications.
