Senior Customer Success Manager - DACH Region

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our innovative team at Mural. This remote position focuses on managing a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts in the DACH region, where you will drive customer adoption and ensure they maximize the value of our solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee a portfolio of approximately 20 DACH-based customers, managing the full customer lifecycle.
  • Proactively drive adoption, retention, and expansion of Mural solutions.
  • Build and maintain meaningful executive relationships across multiple business units.
  • Monitor customer health scores and use data to identify risks and create mitigation plans.
  • Advocate for customers internally by sharing success stories and feedback.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to uncover business goals and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with Sales counterparts on account strategy to ensure renewals and identify growth opportunities.
  • Utilize tools like Gong and Gainsight to maintain operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success with complex Enterprise SaaS customers.
  • Strong consultative and relationship-building skills, especially with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience with collaboration tools and an understanding of design thinking or agile methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting usage data to drive action.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Based in the Netherlands, Spain, or the UK, with a willingness to travel up to 15%.
