About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Connectivity Manager to join our dynamic team at Agoda. As a Connectivity Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our partnerships and improving the connectivity experience for our customers. This position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates located in Toronto.

What You'll Do

• Manage and develop strategic partnerships with key connectivity partners, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with Agoda's business goals.
• Oversee the technical and operational aspects of partner accounts, driving performance improvements and resolving issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the connectivity space.
• Lead initiatives to streamline processes and improve the overall connectivity framework at Agoda.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a connectivity or partnership management role, preferably within the travel or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of technical and operational processes related to connectivity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience with travel technology platforms or SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with API integrations and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of the travel industry and market trends.
