Remote Cold Caller - Flexible Hours

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Cold Caller to join our dynamic team at Holo Dynamics. In this role, you will engage with potential clients through phone calls, aiming to schedule appointments for consultations. What You'll Do

• Contact assigned leads to schedule appointments for consultations.
• Document interactions in Close CRM to maintain accurate records.
• Work independently without pressure from management; your results will speak for themselves.
• Utilize provided leads and scripts, eliminating the need for cold calling random numbers.
• Participate in professional training sessions to enhance your cold calling skills.

Requirements

• Experience in cold calling or telesales is preferred.
• Strong ambition, persistence, and clear communication skills.
• Enjoy honest selling rather than following scripted pitches.
• Fluent in German, with approximately 10 hours of availability per week.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a sales role.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
