Remote Claims Management Specialist - Parking Enforcement

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Claims Management Specialist to join our team at Berbus Alliance. This role focuses on parking enforcement and claims management, providing an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will contribute to efficient claims processing and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Process violations in parking management, particularly claims related to illegal parking.
• Review parking violations and initiate out-of-court collection procedures.
• Communicate with vehicle owners, debtors, lawyers, and debt counseling services.
• Negotiate and establish payment plans, settlements, and other solutions.
• Handle objections against payment requests in collaboration with clients and internal departments.
• Maintain and update master data and case-related documentation.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or equivalent experience.
• Interest in claims management and parking enforcement.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Strong proficiency in German, both spoken and written.
• Good communication skills and empathy, especially when dealing with sensitive issues.

Nice to Have

• Experience in customer service or claims processing.
• Knowledge of legal procedures related to debt collection.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
