About the Role

We are seeking a talented Remote Art Director to lead our creative team in developing innovative design solutions. What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work.
• Develop and execute creative concepts for various projects, including marketing campaigns, digital content, and branding initiatives.
• Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and translate it into effective design solutions.
• Utilize tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality visual assets.
• Integrate AI technologies into design workflows to enhance creativity and efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in art direction or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts to clients and team members.
• Experience in project management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of current design trends and a passion for innovation in the creative industry.

Nice to Have

• Experience in AAA game development or related fields.
• Familiarity with video content creation and storyboarding.
