About the Role

We are seeking a talented Remote Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the EMEA region. As a Remote Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving customer success and managing client relationships. What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across the EMEA region.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance and growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess account performance and identify growth opportunities.
