About the Role
We are seeking a talented Remote Account Manager to join our dynamic team focused on the BeNeLux region. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
- Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Conduct contract negotiations and close deals effectively to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Provide insights and feedback to the product team based on customer needs and market trends.
- Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools, particularly HubSpot.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales strategies.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch or French is a plus.
- Experience in solution selling and consultative selling techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and cybersecurity concepts is advantageous.
