About the Role
We are looking for a Remote Account Executive to join our team at Versaterm. In this role, you will drive new customer acquisition across public safety agencies, focusing on those with fewer than 150 sworn officers. As a Remote Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing community safety through innovative technology solutions.
What You'll Do
- Prospect, qualify, and close new public safety customers within assigned regions.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Marketing teams to generate sales pipeline.
- Conduct structured discovery sessions to understand agency workflows and operational needs.
- Guide agencies through the evaluation and purchase process of DroneSense by Versaterm.
- Maintain a strong understanding of procurement requirements and operational challenges faced by public safety agencies.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the public safety or technology sector.
- Proven track record of high-velocity sales execution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with public safety agency workflows and procurement processes is a plus.
