What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Representatives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Recruit top talent and nurture their growth within the team, ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled sales professionals.
  • Develop a comprehensive business plan to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, utilizing your expertise in navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to contribute to the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and overall business objectives.
  • Work across various time zones as part of a remote-first company, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading Enterprise sales teams with a proven track record of overachievement in sales.
  • Experience selling through security channel partners and familiarity with SAAS sales in large enterprises.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and develop new accounts effectively.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC methodology is preferred.
  • Bonus points for a background in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning.
