Business Development Representative - Architecture & Design (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative - Architecture & Design (Remote) to join Impact Acoustic AG, a Swiss startup recognized for its innovative acoustic solutions. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence within the U.S. architecture and design community. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely from Mexico City and connect with industry leaders.

What You'll Do

• Proactively cold call and outreach to architecture and design firms across the U.S.
• Set up virtual presentations (CEUs / Lunch & Learns) with decision-makers.
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads through LinkedIn, email, and phone.
• Conduct remote product presentations as needed.
• Collaborate closely with our Business Development team to convert opportunities into specifications.
• Help develop and grow new territories in the U.S. market.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or architecture-related roles.
• Background in architecture, interior design, or the construction industry is strongly preferred.
• Experience presenting or selling architectural or design products.
• Proven ability to build relationships and secure meetings through outbound outreach.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Comfortable engaging with architects, designers, and developers.
• A proactive, organized self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience delivering CEU presentations or Lunch & Learns.
• Familiarity with the U.S. architecture & design market.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
