About the Role

We're hiring a Head of Product for Shopify Apps to join our innovative team at Vitals. What You'll Do

• Lead the product strategy for one of the most popular apps on Shopify, focusing on user satisfaction and product quality.
• Utilize AI tools for product discovery and rapid prototyping to enhance product offerings.
• Build and scale the product organization, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Guide technical decisions with your deep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem and technical fluency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
• Analyze user feedback and market trends to inform product development and strategy.
• Mentor and lead product teams, driving a user-focused mindset across the organization.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in product roles, with at least 3-5 years in leadership positions.
• Proven track record of leading product teams and driving product success in the e-commerce space.
• Deep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem and experience integrating AI into product workflows.
• Strong analytical skills and a user-focused mindset to guide product decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams.
