Regional Sales Manager - Enterprise Cybersecurity Solutions
About the Role
We are looking for a talented and driven Regional Sales Manager - Enterprise to join Halcyon, a pioneering company in the cybersecurity sector. As a Regional Sales Manager in a remote role, you will leverage your extensive industry experience and relationships to drive sales and enhance our market presence in the EMEA region.
What You'll Do
- Utilize your existing industry relationships to generate a robust sales pipeline and convert prospective clients with minimal ramp-up time.
- Be accountable for achieving defined pipeline metrics and sales targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their unique needs and presenting tailored cybersecurity solutions.
- Articulate Halcyon’s value proposition in a compelling manner to drive client interest and engagement.
- Optimize client relationships post-sale, ensuring timely follow-ups and additional transactions.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction and propose enhancements to meet evolving cybersecurity requirements.
- Network through industry events and conferences to expand Halcyon’s reach and influence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sales processes and enhance the overall client experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in the endpoint cybersecurity industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving 100%+ quota attainment.
- Strong pipeline management skills with the ability to balance high-profile accounts and SMBs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to establish and maintain executive-level relationships focused on long-term partnerships.
- Familiarity with the channel ecosystem and experience with value-added resellers.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.

- Previous experience in a remote-native company.
