About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Nurse Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality care to patients across London and the surrounding areas. This Regional Nurse Manager remote position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the healthcare sector while managing a team of community-based Nurses.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of Clinical Nurse Advisors, ensuring compliance with mandatory training and clinical competence.
• Support personal development and health and well-being initiatives for your team.
• Oversee staffing levels and manage recruitment, absence, and attrition effectively.
• Deliver on regulatory requirements and clinical governance through audits and incident management.
• Participate in or lead national committees or projects aligned with nursing strategic goals.

Requirements

• Current NMC registration is mandatory.
• A full driving license is required.
• A recognized nurse training or mentorship qualification is desirable.
• Line management or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Proven leadership skills in a healthcare setting.

Nice to Have

• Experience in managing community-based nursing teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in healthcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
