About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Recycling Solutions Specialist - Remote to join our innovative team. What You'll Do

• Analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities for improving recycling processes and solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal pricing and service delivery.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers and clients to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate recycling solutions into existing operations.
• Provide training and support to staff on recycling best practices and initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of recycling programs and make recommendations for improvements.
• Utilize data analysis tools to track performance metrics and generate insights for strategic planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recycling solutions or waste management.
• Strong knowledge of market intelligence and pricing strategy in the recycling industry.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, including SQL and Excel.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with customer onboarding and relationship management.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in recycling is a plus.
