• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System for efficient candidate management.
• Prepare offer letters and recruitment documents for new hires.
• Process background checks to ensure candidate suitability.
• Assist with onboarding of new hires to facilitate a smooth transition into the company.
• Ensure efficiency and accuracy in candidate tracking throughout the recruitment process.
• Organize recruitment-related platforms and tools to streamline operations.
• Create professional documentation and reports to support recruitment efforts.
• Independently manage administrative tasks related to recruitment.
