Senior Partnerships Manager - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to join our remote team at RevenueCat. As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in scaling our agency and reseller partner program, which is essential for driving referrals and pipeline growth. This Senior Partnerships Manager remote position will allow you to work with a diverse team across 25 countries while impacting hundreds of millions of end-users.

What You'll Do

• Own and grow RevenueCat’s Agency and Reseller partner program end-to-end.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value agency partners who serve mobile subscription app developers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, ensuring they are equipped to recommend and implement RevenueCat.
• Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue through referrals and reseller arrangements.
• Develop partner enablement materials, co-marketing initiatives, and joint go-to-market strategies.
• Track and report on partner performance metrics, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Represent RevenueCat at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships or business development, preferably in the SaaS or mobile app industry.
• Proven track record of building and managing successful partner programs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in developing co-marketing initiatives and joint strategies.
